Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellations by the Student: If a student needs to cancel their enrollment in a class, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward another class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be eligible for a credit or a make-up class. Class Cancellations by Spaghetti Tree Chef: In the event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will have the option to reschedule for a future class or receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Policy
Class Fees: Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Spaghetti Tree Chef. If a student is unable to attend and provides at least 48 hours' notice, they may receive a credit for a future class. Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
Accident Release Policy
Assumption of Risk: By participating in Spaghetti Tree Chef cooking classes, students and/or their guardians acknowledge that cooking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, falls, allergic reactions, and other kitchen-related injuries. Students agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in these classes.
Release of Liability: Spaghetti Tree Chef, its instructors, and staff are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the class or as a result of the use of any materials or equipment. By enrolling in a class, participants agree to release and discharge Spaghetti Tree Chef from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or connected with their participation in the class.
Waiver of Claims: Participants waive any right to legal action or compensation from Spaghetti Tree Chef, its instructors, and staff for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or after the class, whether due to negligence or other causes.
Parental/Guardian Consent: For participants under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent by checking the box. By doing so, they acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of the accident release policy on behalf of the minor.
Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, Spaghetti Tree Chef will seek appropriate medical assistance. However, any expenses incurred for medical treatment are the sole responsibility of the student or their guardian.
Use of Images: By enrolling in the class, participants consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the class for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
Agreement to Terms: By checking the box, participants or their guardians confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this accident release policy.
